Shipping policy

MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum order of AED 50 is required to place an order. Any orders that have been accepted as a result of website malfunction or any other error, will be canceled.

SHIPPING AREAS
LLC NATURES TEA AND CHOCOLATE FACTORY serves and ships products within the United Arab Emirates and all over the world.

UAE - We offer Free shipping on all orders above 200 AED. 25 AED shipping fee will be charged for orders below 200 AED.

Conditions for delivery:
Delivery within city limits only
Complete delivery address

SHIPPING TIME

We don't deliver on Sunday. Sunday is day off.

For orders within UAE, if order is placed before 2 PM it will be delivered next day. Please note, orders placed post 2PM will be delivered in 2 days.

We do not deliver goods on the day of ordering.

For international orders, we will endeavor to fulfill all shipping orders within 10 business days worldwide.
